Beacon Communications was formed in 1999, our focus on business users have enabled us to understand and deliver services that are efficient, reliable and accountable, allowing our customers to concentrate on running their operations.
We started business as a channel partner with SingTel focusing on Fax Plus; a FoIP (Fax over IP) service, and were one of the top channel partners in this product group. With liberalization of the telecom industry in 2000 Beacon Communications took the bold decision to move into the IT industry providing system integration, technical support, and internet services.
Since 2002, Beacon Communications has helped over one hundred companies to leverage on broadband connection to better serve their business operations. That same year, Pacific Internet awarded Beacon Communications as one of their top channel partners in recognition of our commitment to customer support and solution delivery.
Beacon Commmunications’ web services started in 2008 as a result of clients requesting support for their websites, hence we began providing web and email hosting solution. In 2010 we began to offer internet marketing services which include Google Adwords Management, Google Analytics and Searching Engine Optimisation (SEO) helping clients to reap the benefits of internet to increase revenue.
